The stay at Abba was productive and enjoyable. The twin room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean facilities. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring a large selection including freshly baked items and organic juices. I stayed at the Abba Hotel for a week in a triple room, which was spacious and conveniently situated next to a metro station. The location made commuting around Madrid super easy. The room was clean, and I appreciated the ample size for my family. However, the housekeeping left something to be desired. We often received only two towels instead of three, which was frustrating since we had three people in the room. Twice, I had to ask at the front desk for missing tea and cups without any follow-up. Fortunately, I discovered a WhatsApp number for the hotel communications towards the end of our stay, and they did respond quickly after I reached out. The restaurant offered decent meals, though I noticed a limited menu. The breakfast was satisfactory but not extraordinary. Overall, there's a great foundation, but better attention to detail from the staff would enhance the experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the air conditioning struggled to keep cool, prompting a room change that the staff handled efficiently. Located near two metro stations, it was convenient for exploring the city, and the breakfast included delightful options like smoked salmon. However, being a bit away from the main attractions can add some time to the commute.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy for our family and two couples to explore Madrid. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the rooms were well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay for all of us. We enjoyed our evenings at the cozy hotel bar, which had a lovely ambiance.
My wife says that the room service could be faster, especially for families with kids. Waiting too long for meals can be tough when you're managing little ones!

Great Stay! Comfortable Rooms
Had a pretty enjoyable time. The room was spacious, and I loved the nice bathroom with all the toiletries—definitely a bonus. The breakfast was solid too! But, on the flip side, it felt a bit far from the main attractions. The two metro stations nearby helped a lot, though.
